Dandux AyreFlow / Air-Slide membrane is the standard for dense phase conveying. Useable in a variety of environments from bakeries silos to transport containers to harsh manufacturing of aluminum and cement. Available in cotton or Polyester, it is ideal for use as a aeration membrane in fluidizing bed conveyors or silo and bulk storage. Low pressure air pumped through the membrane fluidizes the dry elements evenly for a smooth regulated flow.

PVC Belting
Choose from our large selection of PVC belts for Food and Package Handling, Bulk Materials, and Elevator Belts. Dandux Ranger PVC belts are all made with low stretch 100% polyester carcass that will not wick moisture because individual yarns are impregnated with polyvinyl chloride, even before they are woven into a strong, ply-less, interwoven carcass. Our PVC is well known for its chemical and oil resistance.
We can attach cleats, flanges, and V-Guides, make endless or punch bolt holes and supply elevator buckets and bolts. Our white PVC belts meet FDA and USDA requirements for direct contact with food.

Solid Woven Belting

CLEATS, FLANGES, & V-GUIDES FOR FOOD/PACKAGE HANDLING BELTS
Nitrile: The superior quality of hot vulcanized cleats, flanges, and V-Guides is recommended and used wherever practical. In those cases, we bond with adhesive or recommend mechanically fastened accessories.
PVC: We utilize a hot-melt bonding system to permanently attach PVC cleats, flanges, and V-Guides wherever practical, otherwise, we use an adhesive bond or a combination of adhesive and hot met.
