Who is Wild Duck?
Wild Duck is division of C.R.Daniels, Inc. C.R.Daniels has been in the cotton canvas manufacturing and fabrication for the last 85 years. Our Coal bags which are still available were one of the companies original products. In 1978 C.R.Daniels launched the Wild Duck handbag division to bring to market a diverse line of fashion products. Over the last 24 years our Wild Duck bags have become known and sought after for their fashion and durability. We receive constant calls of our loyal customers searching for our bags, now we are able to bring all of our bags, all of our colors, all of our styles direct to you.

Where is the style number located on my Wild Duck Bag?
The style number on many of the bags we've produced over the years was only located on the retail hang tag, that most likely was thrown away when you first unwrapped the bag. Recognizing the fact that many customers would like to replace their bags with the exact style, we have begun to incorporate the style number on a small white interior label. You should find this sewn into one of the interior seams. If you have trouble locating the style number and cannot be sure from our web catalog, email us or give us a call. Can I exchange my Wild Duck Product?
If you purchased the product direct from us via our website we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase including Closeout items providing it is new, unused, all tags are intact, and it has not been custom embroidered.
Please request a return authorization via email prior to returning any item. Please include your name, address, daytime telephone number, item information and reason for return. We will confirm the return and give you shipping instructions via return email. We recommend that you use UPS or some form of shipping that provides a tracking number when sending the item to us You are responsible for return shipping costs additionally shipping and handling billed on the original invoice are also not refundable. If items are received in a condition that cannot be re-sold, we will return the item back to you as non-replaceable.
If you purchased the product from one of our retailers the exchange should be handled through the retail store or online merchant where your item was purchased. We understand that sometimes it may not be possible to exchange the garment at the retail store. In such cases, we will make every effort to exchange the item for a different style or color, providing that the item to be exchanged is current stock, new, unused, all tags are intact, and it has not been custom embroidered. Wild Duck is a manufacturer, and sells products to retailers. We sell product directly to the public, via our online catalog and do not print nor distribute other catalogs.

We offer a full line of custom embroidered shirts, jackets, hats and bags for corporations, schools, and organizations. We work with most brand name apparel lines, including Cross Creek, Outer Banks, Lee, and Champion. Our catalog outlines some but not all of the styles and colors available. If your business meets the criteria set forth by Wild Duck, we
welcome you to apply to become a Wild Duck online retail retailer.
If you are an established Wild Duck retailer, please contact your
sales representative for Online application and requirements. You
may submit your application through your sales representative for
our approval. If you are not presently an established Wild Duck dealer, it will be necessary for you to request an Online Dealer application which outlines our requirements
