Artwork:
We prefer to work directly from digital artwork files, but we can work from good quality printed artwork that can be accurately scanned. Although artwork can be scanned from business card, a larger, sharper image will generally result in a better digitizing. We can accept most picture formats including: jpegs (.jpg), bitmaps (.bmp) or gifs (.gif). If you have your logo in a file format you can e-mail us the image. If we need to scan the image and convert it to digital format please mail us the logo. In all but the most simplest logos faxed images do not maintain enough detail to be accurately reproduced. Colors:
Please specify the colors you desire in your logo. If you have specific PMS colors we can usually develop a close match, however colors will vary with dye lots and shade variations should be expected.. Although there is a virtually limitless number of colors that can be used in an embroidered image, most logos do not exceed 6 or 8 different colors. We can include up to 12 unique colors into your logo without an upcharge.

Digitizing / Setup
Before a logo can be embroidered it must be digitized. Digitizing is a computer process that generates the machine commands that tell the embroidery machine when and where to sew which type of stitch and with which color. Digitizing is a one-time fee based on the number of stitches in the final design and the complexity of the artwork. Designs below 7,500 stitches cost $100 above 7,500 stitches add $10 per 100 stitches.

Because we do all digitizing in house we often offer no charge digitizing specials. Be sure to ask if "No Setup - No Digitizing" specials are in effect.

Once we receive your approval of the digitized artwork, we will send you a sewn sample of the logo, normally in 5 business days or less. Once you approve the logo, we will schedule Your garments will be scheduled into production once you approve the sew out. Orders normally ship complete within 14 business days of approval. Rush service is available if needed to meet your schedule.

Minimums
Due to the set-up time involved, we will apply a $24 less-than-minimum fee to orders less than 12 units (24 units for hats). Additionally, hats can not be embroidered at the same time as flat garments; thus, hats may not be combined with flat garments to avoid this fee

Personalization
Personal names or initials can be embroidered on any garment. The monogram charge is $4.50 per unit.

Size Consideratins
Lettering must be at least ¼" high. A typical left chest design is 3-4" wide. Designs embroidered on hats can be no more than 2" high. Once we receive your logo, we will call you with any specific questions.

Volumn Discounts
Single orders totaling over $1,500 will receive a 5% discount and single orders totaling over $5,000 will receive a discount of 10%.
